In Proverbs 22:6, we hear "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." Boys Club and GEMS provide an opportunity to connect real-life skills (woodworking, aviation, cooking, sewing, etc.) with Biblical Truths. We do this by taking elements from scripture and connecting them to real-life applications. We encourage bible memory and service opportunities to those around us. At the same time, we believe parenting is key not just for the parents, but surrounding boys and girls with adults in the church that encourage, pray for, keep accountability, etc. This meets every other week at church throughout the school year.
